Unfortunately, the entrance with the double doors and staircase proved to be a real hassle, especially with heavy luggage. This should be highlighted for guests with any physical issues so they can prepare in advance. Additionally, the bathroom had a strange smell initially, which took away from the overall experience despite it being fixed quickly.

the entrance with those heavy doors was an absolute pain, seriously! i expected someone to swoop in and help, especially since i was traveling alone. also, a sauna wouldve been such a lovely touch for relaxation but it seems it wasn't the priority here. almost thought about giving a decent rating but just couldn't.

eggerwirt kitzbuehel is in a great location, close to the town center. the rooms are spacious and warm, making it very comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and traditional, and the service was friendly. the staff really knows how to make the dining experience enjoyable, with amazing food and lovely drinks.

Spacious double room with a private bathroom, great shower, and comfy feather pillows. Loved the minibar and seating area. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed the nice spa facilities. Convenience to the slopes was fab. Super clean and warm vibe all around.

the shower pressure was weak. but the location was perfect, just minutes from shops and restaurants. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh fruits and pastries. staff went above and beyond to help us with local recommendations.
